“Although I’ve been an Ashtanga practitioner for about 16 years, off and on, I’ve never had a consistent practice. When I joined the Inner Circle, I had only been practicing in the morning for about six months and if given the choice of sleeping in or practicing, my bed usually won!
Knowing that Harmony’s smiling face and calm soothing voice is greeting me in the morning motivates me to get out of bed to practice.
I have enjoyed the variety of classes inside the video library. The Happy Hip Openers are my favorite! I still don’t like backbends, but I LOVE the Gentle Backbends class.

After practicing Ashtanga yoga for 20+ years, I noticed my body and mind rejecting my physically demanding routine. A different approach to the orthodox practice was needed.
I began to notice my spirit guiding me in a slightly different way, which included introducing more play and variety into the sequences. I also felt more drawn to my meditation, breathwork, and chanting rituals, which I began to include in all my classes.
As our lives change, we must nurture ourselves by weaving different aspects of yoga into our daily routine. This means creating a sacred time and space just for yourself, even if it’s only 10 minutes!
Since then, I’ve shared everything I’ve learned about simple, yet profoundly effective ways to raise your inner vibration so you can experience physical healing, joy, and a sense of deep peace within.
