I’m Harmony Slater – a Mastery Certified Coach, Certified Ashtanga Yoga Teacher (straight from the source in Mysore, India), Breathwork and Meditation Facilitator, and Spinal Energetics Practitioner! 

I’ve studied Yoga, Buddhism, Psychology, and Mysticism. With two degrees in Religious Studies and Philosophy, I’ve spent over half my life learning directly with the Masters in SouthEast Asia, going deep into the practices of yoga-asana, pranayama, and meditation, teaching and inspiring thousands of others to do the same. As in many things, more is not necessarily better or helpful. With each successive practice, you develop mastery in conjoining the breath, with the postures (asanas), and the gazing points (drishti).

I’m here to hold space for you to engage in your practice in whatever way feels helpful for you on any given day.
