Harmony has been practicing and studying pranayama in the lineage of the Kaivalyadham, and directly from Sri. O.P Tiwari, for the past sixteen years. She also was taught pranayama directly from Sri. K. Pattabhi Join in 2007 and Sharath Jois during his teacher programs in 2010 and 2014. She has been practicing pranayama continuously for the past 16 years, and on several occasions assisted her teacher Sri. O.P Tiwari during his training courses.
