What if I already have an established yoga practice what will I get from this retreat?
Life is not always predictable and there will be days where you will not be able to get up and do your morning ritual as you like. You will absolutely gain so much insight into how to adapt your personal practice into a busy day to reset your mind and body.
Making a intentional time to reset will allow you to connect more deeply to yourself and discover what’s truly important and create clarity and space for creative energy to flow, so you know the exact next steps you need to take to move you closer to making your dreams a reality.
