Mine is definitely NOT an overnight success story. I’ve been teaching since 2002 — long before social media or online business existed — learning everything the slow way: through devotion, trial and error, and trusting my own evolution.
From opening my first yoga studio in 2009 (and selling it in 2015) to traveling the world teaching workshops and retreats, I built everything piece by piece.
But the biggest shifts happened when I started investing in myself — through coaching, mentorship, and masterminds to understand the inner and outer structure of a soul-led business.
That’s when everything shifted.

Hi, I’m Harmony.

With over 25+ years of experience working in the yoga, health and wellness industry, I’ve love supporting yoga teachers, healers, energy workers, coaches, and therapists.
I’m a Mastery Certified Coach, Level II Certified Spinal Energetics Practitioner, National Board Certified Health+Wellness Coach, a Certified Ashtanga Yoga Teacher, Breathwork and Meditation Facilitator. Over these decades, I’ve learned a few things about creating a business both online and offline.
In fact, I’ve invested over 100K with LOTS of different business coaches, programs, and mentors, to deepdive into areas of mindset, strategy, copywriting, time management, course and funnel creation… and so much more.
