Workshop 1: Living Your Dharma

We'll delve into the concept of dharma to help you discover your own life's purpose.
Using key points from the Bhagavad Gita you'll receive practical guidance on how to align your actions with your values and your dharma.

Workshop 2: The 4 Pillars of Spirit-Centered Self-Care: 

How to maintain balance using yoga during difficult times. In this workshop we will explore 4 key paths to yoga and how we need to cultivate knowledge, devotion, service, and discipline to help us live more fulfilling lives regardless of our circumstances, one makes choices that will ultimately lead to self-realization.

Workshop 3: Mental Resilience and Stress Management

Here we will practice and learn new techniques for building mental resilience and managing stress based on the teachings found in the Bhagavad Gita. You will learn how to find inner calm in even the most challenging situations and how to integrate spiritual practices that take less than 2-minutes into your day to achieve transformative results.
