So, you’re pregnant now… but this is just the beginning of your journey through this wonderful new stage of life.
This workshop is going to prepare you for learning new ways to integrate the mind-body practices of yoga into your daily experience. What postures are helpful, what practices are potentially harmful, and address many the changes that are happening within your body.

I’m a teacher and I don’t know what to tell my pregnant students! I’m worried they might do something that could harm either themselves or their baby in my class.
Join this workshop with harmony…
In this workshop, we will move gradually through selected parts of the Primary and Second Series sequences and look at different ways to modify the practice during the three trimesters and different stages of pregnancy. Many “pregnancy myths” will be discussed and you will find out specific dos and don’ts. You will learn a very beneficial Pranayama and meditation practice for this stage of life. This is a wonderful workshops for students and teachers who have an interest in learning more about how to safely navigate this important phase in a woman’s life.
