Before Marie Forleo’s Time Genius program I was going 1000 directions all at the same time. As a mom, wife, yoga teacher, holistic-life coach, and entrepreneur, all of the many responsibilities and demands of running my own online business had left me burnt out, overwhelmed, and without any enthusiasm to keep going. I was waking up at 4am and working all day, oftentimes until 9pm, without any time to enjoy my family. Forget breakfast, or dinner with the family, or weekends off! I felt like I barely had time to go to the bathroom, let alone take an entire day for myself.
