Kia Miller is someone who lives a radiant and integrated life! She brings the inside to the outside world and in her meditations she brings the outside into her room. Sometimes that’s as simple as opening a window, even on the coldest of winter mornings.

Kia describes her childhood as a paradise on the Falkland Islands amidst millions of sheep and a handful of shepherds and children. A paradise broken by tracer fire and the simple act of soldiers dying in front of her.

Death is such a common denominator to life; yet somehow continues to mystify and shock us all at once.

Beginning her journey with a deep dive into the Ashtanga method, Kia started to explore other forms of asana practice, Iyengar, Vinyasa, and finally immersed herself fully into the Kundalini Yoga lineage. She’s integrated her experiences to create a radiant body and deeply integrated life through her study and practice of asana, meditation, and dynamic vibrating pranayama, she not only spends time on her mat, but lives the yoga each and every day.

Simply adorned in white with flowing auburn hair, she appears like an angelic, elvish, Argentine. Perhaps some order of Minyar High Elves settled, once upon a time, in the little islands far south of Númenor?

At any rate, she had to run, giggling and delighted with our quick chat. She promises to come back and chat again about her rip roaring life of modelling shoots, documentary film, and kundalini classes with supermodels in LA. What a cosmic creature!

“A yoga teacher, writer, lover of life & founder of Radiant Body Yoga.” Kia’s mission is to educate and inspire, to share techniques and experiences that help you to unlock your hidden potential and thrive in life.

Kia teaches how to use the yogic practices to awaken the unbounded, creative energy within. She helps to create positive life rituals that support you in meeting the challenges of work, relationships, and family, with courage and grace, and will empower you to go beyond your conditioned mind to experience the magnificence of pure being.
