If you've ever felt overwhelmed by a lack of time or physical fatigue, this episode is for you.

We're going to discuss a few practical strategies to help you overcome some of these obstacles and create a sustainable spiritual wellness practice.

Whether you're feeling pressed for time, exhausted, or over-committed, I'm giving you some helpful ways to slow down and create a practice that both nourishes your spirit and gives you energy!

I’ll talk about the “Time Constraint Dilemma,” and how to foolproof your life so you’re guaranteed time to refill your cup!

I’m also getting real with the unhealthy pattern we often find ourselves stuck in when we continue to say, “I’m so tired” or even wake up thinking, “I didn’t get enough sleep.”

Starting our day from a place of lack, keeps us operating from a place of scarcity, and this makes everything a thousand time more challenging, especially when it comes to implementing our own self-care routine and spiritual rituals.
