Introducing Pranayama: A Journey to Inner Peace and Well-Being
When I first started yoga I recall several teachers warning me about the “dangers of pranayama.” The term “breathwork” was non-existent in popular culture. There were barely any books published on pranayama (let alone something called breathwork) and there was little research on the power of breathing, or studies on how the breath is intimately connected to the stress response in both our body and mind!
Boy… Things have sure changed!
The Only Time Is Now… with Luke Jordan
This conversation with our Irish friend, Luke Jordan, is delicious. It left us craving for more. There’s simply is no good place to stop when souls join and dance together out beyond the world of ideas and language. So, we simply hit record and sank deeply into Luke’s vibe… and let time slip away.
It’s such a treasured experience to connect with someone so self-aware, so thoughtful, and so ready to deconstruct every presumption, every belief, and even reality itself.
And Don’t Forget To Breathe… With Nick Heath The Breathing Diabetic
Did you know that how you breathe can help to regulate blood sugar levels, improve insulin sensitivity, and reduce the risk of complications from diabetes?
But that’s only a fraction of what a conscious slow breathing practice can do for you!
Nick Heath, famously known as The Breathing Diabetic, joins us today to share valuable insights, not only from his own personal experience, but also from his extensive research in the area of breathing and how it effects us on every level.
Alex South: No Pelvis Left Behind
“From menstruation, pregnancy, miscarriage, pelvic pain, endometriosis and fibroids, every pelvis has a story, and more often than not, we’re quite disconnected from it.” Please sit with us on this beautiful Sunday as we join our friend Alexandra South in a deeply personal story.

Time For A Breathing Break
In this episode of Finding Harmony, we’ve decided to take a little Breathing Break. We wanted to share some funny stories and talk about our experience with the fourth limb of the eight-limb yoga path: Pranayama. During these especially stressful times, we felt it was important to share with you some of the many benefits that cultivating a regular breathing practice can have on your body and mind. If you want to learn more about practicing the 4th limb of yoga: Register for my online Pranayama Course that starts Sunday September 13.
